Lovely mini apartment situated on the first
floor in an old building on Roosevelt Avenue
adjacent to the Public Gardens in Sulmona,
city of art and culture. In the apartment
there are refrigerator and freezer,
dishwasher, oven, TV, full kitchen
equipment, washing machine, sofa bed (over
the double bed in the bedroom), heating with
thermostat. The city is ancient and famous
for the production of Confetti of Sulmona
and for being the birthplace of Ovid Naso.

It also hosts the Joust of Chivalry between
July and August and is surrounded by green
mountains, ideal for walkers. Great place
for summer tourism and as a base for winter
tourism. Near the apartment there is the
cathedral of Holy Panfilo and the entrance
to the old town. There are also various
types of shops (fruit and vegetables, bar,
pizzeria, laundry, gasoline area, food shop,
crafts, restaurant). To visit natural
reserves, cinema, horse riding, swimming
pool, ice skating,
trekking/mountaineering/hiking areas, skiing
areas, tennis court is advisable to have a
car.

The City is located between Rome (about 160
km) and Pescara (about 70 km). The apartment
and the city can be reached from Rome or
Pescara by train and by bus. Pets are not
allowed.
